Ashwagandha is an Indian herb used in various ayurvedic medicines.
It has a number of claimed benefits, including effectively maintaining blood sugar levels, as well as preventing cancer, stress, depression, and anxiety.
Ashwagandha is also a widely used male health supplement for its supposed benefits around increasing testosterone levels, boosting fertility, and even curing erectile dysfunction.
Ashwagndha does appear to have a lot of benefits. But not quite all of the claims check out. For example, Ashwagandha unfortunately does not cure erectile dysfunction.
